These Terms govern your use of the Zorin Discord bot, the website at zorin.app and the Zorin dashboard (together, the "Service"). "Zorin", "we" and "us" refer to the team that operates the Service. By adding Zorin to a server, using its commands or signing in to the dashboard, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1.Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required by Discord in your country and follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you add Zorin to a server, you confirm that you have permission to do so and that the server's members can be told about these Terms.
2.The Service
Zorin plays music in Discord voice channels and offers a profile and virtual economy system. The dashboard lets you sign in with Discord to manage Zorin on servers where you have permission.
The Service is free. We may add, change or remove features at any time, and we do not guarantee that any feature will stay available.
3.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Zorin in a way that breaks Discord's rules or any applicable law.
- Spam commands, use self-bots, scripts or automation, or try to get around cooldowns and limits.
- Look for, exploit or keep quiet about bugs that give you coins, items or other advantages. Please report them on our support server.
- Try to access, overload or disrupt our servers, database or other infrastructure.
- Write biographies or other text that is hateful, harassing, sexual, illegal or that impersonates someone.
- Use Zorin to play or share content you know you are not allowed to play or share.
4.Music and third-party content
Zorin does not own, host or sell the music it plays. Audio is streamed on demand from third-party providers, and that content belongs to its owners and is subject to their terms.
You are responsible for what you choose to play. We may stop supporting any source, track or search result at any time, for example when a provider changes its rules or when we receive a valid rights complaint. To report content, write to hi@zorin.app.
5.Virtual economy
Zorin includes a virtual economy with coins, daily rewards, reputation points, trades between users and gift codes. These rules apply to all of it:
- No real-world value. Coins, reputation and gift codes are virtual. They are not money, cannot be cashed out and are not your property. You only have a limited, revocable permission to use them inside the Service.
- No real-money trading. You may not buy, sell or trade coins, gift codes or accounts for real money, for goods outside the Service or for items on other bots or platforms.
- One account per person. Using alternate accounts to collect dailies, reputation or gift codes is not allowed.
- Gift codes. A gift code can be redeemed once. We are not responsible for codes that are lost, shared publicly or redeemed by someone else.
- Trades are final. We do not reverse trades or transfers between users, except to fix a bug or stop abuse.
- Changes. We may adjust rewards, prices and balances, or reset the economy, to keep it fair and working. If you break these Terms, we may remove your coins, reputation or gift codes.
6.Your content
You keep the rights to the biography and other text you add to Zorin. You allow us to store and display it within the Service, for example on your profile, for as long as it is there. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.
7.Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend or block access to Zorin for any user or server that breaks these Terms, puts the Service at risk or harms other users. Where reasonable, we will explain why on our support server or by e-mail.
You can stop using Zorin at any time by removing it from your server or no longer using its commands. To have your data deleted, see the Privacy Policy.
8.Availability and disclaimer
We work to keep Zorin online, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". It may be interrupted for maintenance, by failures at Discord or other providers, or for reasons outside our control. Current status is shown at status.zorin.app.
9.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Zorin is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of virtual items, or disruptions to your server caused by using or not being able to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that you have under consumer protection laws and that cannot be waived.
10.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When a change is significant, we will announce it on our support server and update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Zorin after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
11.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence.
